Courses Offered

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)

• Duration: 2 years

• Focus: Prepares graduates to become professional teachers for secondary and higher secondary schools.

• Curriculum Includes: Educational psychology, teaching methodologies, classroom management, ICT in education, and practical teaching sessions.

Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)

• Duration: 2 years

• Focus: Designed for candidates aspiring to teach at the primary school level (Classes I–VIII).

Admission Eligibility

For B.Ed

• Candidates must have completed graduation in any stream (Arts, Science, or Commerce) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

• Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC) may get a 5% relaxation as per government norms.

• Some years, entrance exams may be conducted or candidates may be admitted based on merit.

For D.El.Ed

• Applicants should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 50% marks.

• Minimum age for admission is usually 17 years.
